All tools are listed and provided solely by independent third-party tool owners. Each rental is a private and independent agreement between the tool owner and the renter.

ToolRentalsOnline makes no representations or warranties of any kind regarding the condition, safety, legality, quality, suitability, or performance of any tool listed on the Platform. All tools are provided by tool owners on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

The renter assumes full and sole responsibility for selecting, inspecting, transporting, operating, and returning any rented tool. The renter is solely responsible for using tools properly, safely, and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and all applicable laws.

Tool owners are solely responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, cleanliness, storage, and safe condition of their tools, and for ensuring that tools are suitable for rental and lawful use.

ToolRentalsOnline does not verify user identities, qualifications, licenses, training, or experience and does not supervise or monitor the use of any tool or any interaction between users.

Renter Certification and Acknowledgment

By creating an account, requesting or accepting a rental, and by using any tool obtained through the Platform, the renter expressly represents and certifies that:

the renter understands and accepts that the use of tools and equipment involves inherent and significant risks, including the risk of serious bodily injury, death, and property damage;

the renter has reviewed and understands applicable safety instructions, warnings, and operating requirements for the rented tool;

the renter agrees to use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow reasonable safety measures;

the renter possesses the necessary skills, experience, physical ability, and competence to safely operate and use the rented tool; and

the renter voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the rental, handling, and use of the tool.

The renter further acknowledges and agrees that ToolRentalsOnline does not provide training, supervision, certification, or professional guidance regarding any tool.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolRentalsOnline expressly disclaims all liability for any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or costs arising from or related to any rental, listing, tool, user interaction, misuse of tools, improper maintenance, failure to return tools, failure to follow safety instructions, or failure to comply with applicable laws or safety requirements.

By using the Platform, both tool owners and renters acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks associated with listing, renting, and using tools and release ToolRentalsOnline and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from such activities.
